We work with a wide and varied range of clients, from restaurants and hotels to cocktail bars, members' clubs, festivals and charities, with a particular soft spot for high-end hospitality and luxury lifestyle brands.

About you

You're the one who spots the spacing's off before anyone else does. You've got sharp visual taste, strong branding instincts and a real eye for what makes a brand feel considered, confident and a little bit special. You understand visual consistency, you sweat the small stuff, and you can hold a brand together across every touchpoint without it ever feeling stale.

You love high-end hospitality and luxury aesthetics - the kind of work where the bar for quality is high and the details really matter. You're versatile without being scattered, equally happy designing a brand identity, a menu, a social post or a hotel signage system. 

What You'll Be Doing
Brand & Design
  1. Designing across print, digital and social, from full brand identities to one-off assets

  2. Building and protecting brand systems so they stay consistent everywhere they show up

  3. Leading the look and feel on hospitality and luxury lifestyle clients where visual quality is everything

  4. Bringing fresh creative thinking to briefs without ever losing sight of the brand

  5. Working closely with our Creative Director to push the standard of work coming out of the studio

Studio Life
  1. Working hand in hand with our marketing, design and strategy teams

  2. Presenting and explaining your thinking confidently to clients

  3. Helping shape our internal design standards as we grow

What You'll Need
  1. A strong portfolio with branding and visual identity work front and centre

  2. Confident across Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) 

  3. A real eye for typography, layout and composition - you can explain why something works

  4. Genuine experience designing for luxury, hospitality or premium lifestyle brands

  5. Around 3 to 5 years of agency or in-house design experience

  6. Organised, reliable and calm under deadline pressure

Bonus points if:
  1. You've worked on restaurants, hotels, members' clubs or similar high-end hospitality brands

  2. You're confident developing original illustrations across digital and print

  3. You've got motion design or animation chops

  4. You can shoot decent photo and video on the fly

  5. You've handled the full journey from concept through to print production
